What we are looking for?

We are a small team, who is working with a limited number of clients, but on diverse projects. That means that some of us are covering multiple areas with the help of external associates. For example, our social media manager also runs email campaigns; the community manager also handles project management; designers create short video formats as well; the director runs Meta campaigns and even does the groceries at the Futoška market. You get what we’re talking about.

For some time now, we've been in higher demand than we can supply. But, we are not looking to scale into a 15-person agency. So, we made a list of all the positions in our agency that need assistance and we are looking for people who have experience or are open to specializing in two (or more) interconnected areas of digital marketing. Think Social Media Manager or Copywriter, who doesn't just write great copy, but also has the structural mindset to help lead projects from start to finish – and this one is now in high demand!

Specifically, we are looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager with at least three years of agency experience who is ready to take real project ownership. We need a creative who is naturally organized and can serve as a reliable right hand to our Project Manager in ensuring every campaign runs smoothly.

In addition to communication, this role also involves coordination, meaning they oversee developing ideas for new projects, presenting them to the rest of the team, and to clients as well.

👉 There’s no need to explain what our copywriter does, but we should point out the channels we use for our clients and their services, so you know what to expect.  We write various types of copy and scripts for digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email campaigns, but we also craft non-digital articles for one of the biggest newspaper magazines in the region, specifically in the nautical field.

👉 Some would say this person is a one-(wo)man show—a person who knows what’s currently trending, excels at photo and video creation, develops content calendars, and more. At our agency, a content creator embodies all of that, but throughout the content creation journey, they have a supporting team consisting of a copywriter and a designer to cover the production process. In the end, they all get to sit back and brag about their reel that got hundreds of thousands of views.

🎯What we seek in this person is the ability to know what works well and what doesn’t when it comes to social media—what makes people stop scrolling and pay attention to a post, story, or ad. Once they identify the idea, they will propose it to the team, and together everyone will work to bring that idea to life through strategic planning or instant content creation. She/he understands why CPM and leads are so damn expensive compared to Meta platforms, and has no problem explaining that to the client.

She/he also takes note of all activities happening within the community and presents them to the rest of the team to plan future advertising and content marketing operations.

🎯 This role is for you if you are ready to engage with followers daily while fostering a strong, vibrant community. You know how to respond to both pleasant and impolite or insulting comments. When a crisis arises, you have everything under control and know how to handle the situation. 👉 Short-form videos are the type of content that stop the scroll, and we all know it. These days, they are the most powerful way to grab attention, spark engagement, and tell a compelling story—whether it’s an eye-catching Reel, a viral TikTok, or a snappy YouTube Short. We are looking for creatives to craft videos that break through the noise, and it doesn’t matter whether they use a phone camera or a DSLR, CapCut or Premiere.

🎯 Do you know how to produce trending content and understand hooks and how they evolve over time? If you can quickly identify viral trends, integrate platform-specific features, and create visually captivating, engaging clips, you could be collaborating closely with our creative team, suggesting new angles and ideas to keep content fresh and ahead of the curve.
